Just as lush as the 2005 Merlot, the 2006 is again elegant and Bordeaux-esque. The blend contains 93% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2& Petit Verdot. Aging in French oak took place in new and second-year barrels, making the wine robust and capable of aging for several years. (675 cases made)
