We’ve got three new restaurants carrying Brooklyn Oenology this week!
First is River Barrel, which is in our neighborhood, Greenpoint. They’re serving up simple but soulful brunch, lunch, and dinner, and all of their dozen or so wines are served by the glass – which now includes the 2006 Social Club Red, and 2007 Viognier! River Barrel is location at 160 Franklin Street.
Second is Bar Tano, which has got great speak-easy/Parisian/European style, and functions as both bar and restaurant, with a fairly priced international menu and wine at great prices. Their BOE selections are the 2006 Social Club Red and 2006 Motley Cru. Bar Tano is at 457 3rd Avenue at 9th Street in the Gowanus.
Perch Cafe, over in Park Slope at 365 5th Avenue at 5th Street, just brought in the 2007 Social Club White for their by-the-glass wine list. Perch has creative comforting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and yummy coffee too.
